Define and maintain brand standards, UI and design systems for a portfolio of e-commerce websites. Worked with marketing and cross functional teams to art direct photography shoots, update homepages / landing pages and produce email, social media and affiliate marketing artifacts. Utilized data / analytics to implement new initiatives and refine existing processes. Heavy emphasis on A/B testing and mentoring junior team members.
